An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed RMN or RNLD to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers to work within their specialist acute male only ward. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in West Sussex.  

About the service

They offer tailor suited programmes to individuals to help improve their mental health and wellbeing.  Our client treats people who maybe suffering with mental health and or personality disorders.

As a Nurse your duties will include

·         Working within a team that includes a range of professionals.

·         You will assist and support staff in the management of the Acute male only Ward

·         You will make an effective contribution to providing high quality care to the patients..

·         Completing an appropriate competency development portfolio.

About you

You must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:

·         Highly self-motivated with a flexible approach.

The position is for 37.5 hours per week and the successful nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of between £27,824 - £33,153 PA plus generous benefits in return of all their hard work and commitment.  Benefits include:
